Well established Lifting solutions organisation operating successfully in Australian market, with clients of varying size and demands. We manufacture and maintain material handling equipment with emphasis on overhead travelling cranes.

The business is experiencing rapid growth in the market and as a result services of a dedicated Service Coordinator is needed to increase the focus on the service branch of the business.
We are looking for... n
As the Service Coordinator , you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
n
n
Daily co-ordination, despatch and monitoring of inbound and outbound servicecalls
n
Priority call allocation for service customers
n
Liaising with customers regarding job updates, service invoice enquiries, scheduling installation times, parts enquires and assisting with all service related matters.
n
Liaising with service engineers regarding call status progress and updates
n
Ordering and quote management for spare parts
n
Assisting to collate and process all service dockets from service technicians
n
Work closely with the other team functions regarding parts ordering, warranty support and equipment sales and installations
n




Co-ordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance services
n
Provide accurate and timely reporting
n
Managing Technicians population, job placement, service bookings,
n
Liaising Service Manager and Sales Representative and distribution of staff to coordinate day to day activities of the Service Department
n
The Successful Applicant n
Critically, the successful applicant will have experience operating within demanding and quick paced Service Industry in a Coordinator capacity, strong working knowledge MS office
n
Highly desirable – working knowledge
The following skill set will be required to succeed in the above position: n
n
Excellent communication and telephone skills,
n
Experience in coordinating day to day activities of the technician population,
n
Ability to extract rudimentary diagnostic information from the customer to assist in technician trade selection,
n
Enthusiastic, personable and customer focused,
n
Ability to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers and staff to achieve preset objectives.
