Access Aged Care is seeking a General Practitioner to provide in office care within Residential Aged Care Homes in Rutherford and surrounds. This role offers weekday hours only with no after-hours requirements, supported by an Access Aged Care Nurse for rounds and follow-up care.

You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, delivering proactive, relationship-based care and coordinating with telehealth geriatricians and specialists to ensure smooth sessions and high-quality outcomes.
