JRM Hospitality seeks an experienced General Manager / Venue Manager for a premium hospitality venue in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The role leads the front-of-house, ensuring polished, attentive service across high-volume periods.

You will oversee rostering, staff coaching, guest relations and operational efficiency, driving consistency whether owners are present. Salary up to $110K + Super DOE, based on experience.
