, this role will provide day-to-day support across marketing, communications, content, digital channels, campaigns and events across our retirement living, home care and residential aged care services.

About the role n
You will support the delivery of Seasons' marketing and communications activities, including:
n

n
Assisting with marketing campaigns across digital, print, community and referral channels
n
n
Drafting and scheduling social media content
n
n
Assisting with resident stories, employee stories, testimonials, photography and video content
n
n
Supporting newsletters, website content, blogs and promotional materials
n
n
Completing routine website and online directory updates
n
n
Assisting with digital advertising administration and reporting
n
n
Supporting expos, open days, information sessions and community events
n
n




Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials
n
n
Maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers and content schedules
n
n
Collecting and compiling marketing data and assisting with reports
n
n
Supporting supplier administration, invoices and marketing records
n
n
Maintaining marketing assets and content libraries
n
n
Working with community teams, sales, lifestyle teams and other Support Office stakeholders
n
About you n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
n
Confidence using social media platforms
n
n
An interest in content creation and digital marketing
n
n
Good Microsoft Office skills
n
n
The ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines
n
n
A willingness to learn and take direction
n
n
A collaborative and positive approach
n
n
Experience using
Canva and / or Adobe Creative Suite
would be highly regarded.
n
Previous experience in a marketing, communications, administration or digital support role is desirable, however we would also welcome applications from
recent graduates or students nearing completion of a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
.
