About the Role n
Please note: this role requires availability across all 7 days of the week
, as our roster operates on a rotating basis to cover trading hours. If you're after a fixed Monday–Friday role, this one won't be the right fit — but if flexibility works for you, read on.

The successful candidate will commence as a casual and transition to permanent part time upon successful completion of probation period.
n
The role requires between 15 and 25 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing n
Providing knowledgeable, friendly service to customers — making your word your bond by following through on what you promise
n
Processing sales, transactions, and customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Merchandising and maintaining store presentation to a high standard
n
Assisting with stock receival, replenishment, and inventory management
n
Building genuine relationships with regular trade and retail customers
n
Working collaboratively with your teammates to hit store goals
n




Bringing new ideas to the table and adapting quickly when things change
What We're Looking For n
Availability across all 7 days (rotating roster — you won't work every day, but you need to be available for any of them)
n
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
n
Reliability — if you say you'll do something, you follow through
n
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and try new things
n
Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters more
n
Physical ability to lift stock and be on your feet for extended periods
