Truck & Barrow is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Labourer to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a Full-time Postion with a 6 month probation.

nMultiple roles available such as: n
n
n
Paver Operator
n
Roller/Multi Operator
n
Skid Steer Operator
n
n
nWhat you'll be doing n
n
n
Supporting the asphalt laying process by operating machinery such as Roller & Multi, Skid Steer or Paver and tools to prepare and finish asphalt surfaces
n
Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials and equipment
n
Undertaking general labouring duties as required to ensure efficient and protected job completion
n
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
n
n
nWhat we're looking for n
n
n
Proven experience as an Asphalt Labourer or similar role in the construction industry
n
Knowledge of asphalt laying techniques and the use of associated tools and equipment
n




Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Commitment to workplace health and safety
