We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Internal Sales & Customer Service Officer
to become a key member of our Hume team.
n
This is more than a customer service role. It's an opportunity to develop your sales skills, build industry knowledge, contribute to branch growth, and establish a long-term career with a successful Australian business.
What You'll Be Doing n
As the face and voice of Bitek, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting sales growth across the branch.

You'll be responsible for:
n

n
Building strong relationships with trade and wholesale customers
n
n
Providing exceptional service across the trade counter, phone and email
n
n
Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
n
Assisting customers with product selection, pricing and availability
n
n
Supporting external sales representatives and helping convert opportunities into sales
n
n




Working closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure customer requirements are met
n
n
Following up quotations and proactively identifying sales opportunities
n
n
Contributing to new business development and branch growth initiatives
n
n
Maintaining accurate customer and CRM records
n

Preferred Experience n
n
n
Internal sales, customer service, trade counter or wholesale experience
n
n
Experience processing sales orders and customer enquiries
n
n
Strong computer skills and confidence using ERP or CRM systems
n
n
Experience with MYOB Advanced (advantageous but not essential)
n
n
Experience in electrical, security, AV, data or related industries will be highly regarded
n
