dedicated and experienced Centre Manager
for our 76 place centre to lead our team and drive excellence across all aspects of the service.
About the Role n
As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. You will lead and mentor your team, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities n

Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
n
n
Oversee compliance with
NQF, National Law & Regulations
, and service policies
n
n
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards against the
National Quality Standard (NQS)
n
n
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
n
n
Manage occupancy, enrolments,



and overall service sustainability
n
n
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-focused learning environment
n
n
Implement the
Child Safe Standards
and foster a culture that prioritises child safety
n
About You n
n
n
Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
n
n
Strong understanding of the
National Quality Framework
n
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
n
n
Lead and manage overall centre performance, ensuring strong occupancy, team outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
n
Current
Working With Children Check
, First Aid, and relevant clearances
n
n
Current
Child Safety and Child Protection Training
n
