Educate and care for children according to the

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude while meeting regulatory requirements.
n
Skills and Qualifications Required: n
n
Certificate III in
n
n
Early Childhood Education and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or at least three years of relevant experience.
n
n
Minimum 1 year of work experience working in an early childhood setting.
n
Current
n
n
Working with Children Check.
n
n
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
n
Developing strong relationships with children, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
n
Establishing and maintaining positive partnerships with families, providing regular updates and support to ensure a collaborative approach to the child's development.
n
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities that promote physical, emotional,



and cognitive development through play and exploration.
n
Ensuring the active supervision of children at all times to maintain their safety and well-being.
n
Observing and documenting children's development, behavior, and learning progress to contribute to tailored educational planning.
n
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
n
Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
n
