The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional, welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience for all clients, practitioners and visitors. The role involves managing reception, phones, emails, appointments, client communication and day-to-day clinic operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and qualified manner
Manage the reception desk and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
Check clients in and out of appointments
Assist clients with general enquiries, bookings, payments and appointment information
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Manage general reception and clinic email enquiries
Book, reschedule and cancel client appointments
Manage practitioner calendars and appointment availability




Assist with new client registrations and ensure client information is accurately recorded
Maintain client confidentiality and handle personal information appropriately
