Accor is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for The Brewery Bar + Kitchen at Sydney Olympic Park. You will oversee a busy pub-style operation serving locals, hotel guests and event attendees, with the ability to scale for large events and DJ activations.

You will lead a high-energy, diverse team, ensure guest satisfaction and robust financial performance, and navigate gaming compliance while sustaining an engaging, high-performing culture.
