About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across practice. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences.
This is an ideal role for a designer looking to grow their skills within a high-performing, purpose-driven team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability
Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops
Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards




Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects
Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)
Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems
Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
A cooperative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving
