About You: n
n We're looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

Minimum 3 years' experience (for qualified trades roles)
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n




The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
n
A desire to be part of a professional, close‐knit team
n
Familiarity with PPG Paint system (highly regarded)
n
Ability to interpret & follow OEM procedures accurately
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates
n

Key Responsibilities: n
n
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming.
n
Apply paint, basecoat, and clearcoat to a high standard.
n
Mix and match colours accurately for seamless finishes.
n
Inspect, polish, and buff completed work for quality control.
n
Maintain spray equipment, booths, and tools.
n
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
n
Required Skills & Qualifications: n
n
Experience with spray guns, paint systems, sanding, and finishing.
n
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
n
Excellent colour matching and blending ability.
n
Qualifications n
n
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent apprenticeship.
n
Relevant work experience in a professional panel and paint shop.
