About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of the organisation, helping customers with their day-to-day service needs while delivering an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service
Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with general enquiries
Building strong relationships with customers
Promoting digital service options where appropriate
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting daily branch operations and team objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous customer service experience




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and professional attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence learning recent technology and systems
The ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres, financial services, telecommunications or other customer-facing roles will be highly regarded.
