Development Careers is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a landmark high-rise on the Gold Coast. You will lead commercial administration, oversee subcontractor procurement, cost control and contract management across the project lifecycle.

Six years' experience on major construction schemes is required, with proven delivery of two large-scale projects. A tertiary qualification in QS/construction/PM is essential, along with solid procurement and stakeholder-management capabilities.
