Role Responsibilities

Clinical pharmacy services

Ward-based clinical care

Participation in multidisciplinary team rounds
What You'll Need
Current AHPRA registration
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Hospital experience essential
Ability to complete onboarding requirements, which may include:
National Police Check
Working With Children Check
Vaccination / Immunisation evidence
