Empower Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based assessments and interventions to clients within NDIS and Support At Home programs. You will work autonomously on your own caseload under clinical leads, delivering services in clients' homes with a team that supports knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group, develop therapy programs to enhance daily living skills, and ensure timely, high-quality reporting.
