The CareSide is seeking a Field Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing field sales team across Australia. You’ll focus on coaching reps, improving conversion rates, and developing sales processes while inbound demand is generated by marketing and inside sales.

You will listen to calls, review CRM activity, conduct performance reviews, and drive geographic expansion across WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD. Travel is required to reach ambitious targets and retain top performers.
