Sydney | Multiple Industrial Projects | Senior Commercial Oversight

I am working with an established
Tier 2 Head Contractor
looking to appoint an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
into a broader commercial role across its industrial portfolio.
n
n
Rather than sitting solely on one project, you will have
commercial oversight across multiple live industrial projects
, while supporting and mentoring CAs within the business.
n
nThe Role n
n

n
Support and mentor
Contracts Administrators
across project teams
n
n
Review procurement, subcontract letting and commercial strategy
n
n
Assist teams with
variations, claims, EOTs and contractual issues
n
n
Provide consistency across
forecasting, cost reporting and commercial processes
n
n
Work closely with PMs, senior management and the broader commercial team
n
n




Identify commercial risk early and support projects through to close-out
n
n
n
nAbout You n
n
n
n
Experienced
Senior CA / Contracts Manager
from a Head Contractor
n
n
Proven experience across
procurement, contract letting and commercial management
n
n
Comfortable overseeing multiple projects rather than being embedded in one
n
n
Solid communicator who can
mentor and support
junior/intermediate
CAs
n
n
Commercially sharp, practical and able to work autonomously
n
n
n
n
This would suit an experienced SCA who enjoys the
commercial side of construction and developing others
, and is ready for broader responsibility across a portfolio rather than another single-project CA role.
