About the Role n
We are seeking a
casual Chemical Spray Operator to join our team on an as‐needed basis
, with an anticipated workload of approximately
***** hours per week
. Hours may vary depending on seasonal conditions, spray requirements and operational needs.

You'll play a key role in the nursery's
pest, disease, foliar and weed management programs
, working closely with the Operations Team to ensure our plants are protected and healthy through safe and effective chemical applications.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Carry out pest and disease management activities across the nursery and mother block.
n
Perform foliar and weed control according to spray schedules.
n
Ensure all spraying and handling of chemicals meet
OHS and company safety standards
.
n
Maintain, calibrate and safely operate spray equipment and machinery.
n
Accurately record all chemical use in spray diaries.
n
About You n
You are a hands‐on,

Essential Skills & Experience n
n
Current
Chemical Handling Certificate (ACUP)
or equivalent.
n
Experience in agricultural or horticultural spraying.
n
Solid understanding of pest and disease management.
n
Commitment to safety, quality and environmental care.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Valid driver's licence.
n
