Job Description
Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road is seeking a part time Guest Service Agent who delivers outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out, guiding guests with local recommendations and a warm, welcoming presence.

You will manage reservations, communicate across channels, and act as the primary contact throughout a guest's stay, offering timely assistance and personalised recommendations to enhance experiences. Rotating shifts and weekend work are required.
