Bayside Health is seeking a Social Worker Grade 3 to join the Acute multidisciplinary team at The Alfred's Adult IPU.

You will address psychosocial determinants and the impact of mental illness and hospitalisation to support recovery and smooth transitions from hospital to the community.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, WWC clearance, and post‐graduate mental health training (desirable).
