SA Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse in Community Health Nursing to deliver advanced nursing care in primary health settings and to contribute to developing and evaluating health programs for clients in the community.

You will also provide palliative care to clients and support carers and families during the terminal phase, while taking ownership of practice standards and supporting team growth.
