We seek a Warehouse Assistant with 1+ years of warehouse experience in warehouse operations.

The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of motivating teams, and able to deliver results under pressure. They should identify and resolve inconsistencies, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing conditions.

This role requires an understanding of warehouse & receiving processes, inventory management system to foster a positive work environment and drive warehouse productivity.

About the Role n

Warehouse & Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities include: n

Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods
n
n
Stock control and inventory management
n
n
General warehouse duties
n
n
Maintaining accurate inventory records
n
n
Assisting with other warehouse and administrative tasks as required
n
The successful candidate will have: n
n
n
Previous experience in warehouse operations and stock management
n
n
A robust work ethic and positive attitude
n
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
n
A willingness to learn and grow with the business
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
n
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
n
An accounting degree or accounting background would be highly regarded
n
n
Fluency in both
English and Mandarin
(spoken and written)
