You'll be joining a team of experienced clinicians who prioritise quality, clinical reasoning, and meaningful outcomesover volume-driven care.

The role
n
This is a unique chance to step away from NDIS and occupational rehab work and move into a high-level clinical role focused on complex neurological and physical injuries.
n
Your role will be varied, autonomous, and clinically engaging. A typical week may include:
n
n
Comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments
n
Equipment prescription and minor home modifications
n
Case management and goal setting
n
Supporting hospital discharges into the community
n
Stakeholder communication (medical teams, insurers, families)
n
Report writing and recommendations
n
Developing therapy and home programs
n
n




This is not a treatment-heavy role— the focus is on assessment, strategy, and outcomes, giving you the space to use your clinical expertise at a higher level.

About You
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
Experience within compensable schemes (CTP, Workers Comp highly regarded)
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Confident working independently
n
Passion for neurological and complex injury management
n
Full driver's licence
n
n
