Job Description
Sacred Heart Mission's Homefront program seeks a Case Manager to provide information, support and case management to women accessing crisis accommodation. The role is a 12-month full time contract aligned with SHM's values and funding requirements.

You will deliver person-centred support, assist with housing pathways, and work with partner agencies to ensure coordinated, compassionate care. A supportive environment and regular supervision are provided.
