Newmont is seeking a Specialist People Business Partner to provide site-based HR partnering for Tanami operations. Reporting to the Director People, you will advise on employee relations and the broader lifecycle, partnering with operational and senior leadership.

This in office role requires a FIFO roster and robust collaboration within a small People team, including acting as the in office People representative during roster rotations and driving engagement and change initiatives.
