NDIA is seeking an EL1 UX/UI Senior Designer (Labour Hire) to deliver complex design work across internal systems and citizen-facing experiences. You will wireframe, prototype, contribute to the NDIS design system, run co-design workshops, and oversee usability testing with staff, providers, and participants.

You will engage with stakeholders and help shape digital services for users living with disabilities.
