Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Product Development & Commercialisation Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end product development, reformulations, and full-scale commercialisation. You’ll partner with Culinary, Marketing, Restaurant Solutions, Operations and suppliers to deliver recent foods that meet our Clean Food standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating development projects, managing trials, validating shelf-life, and ensuring nutritional analyses meet standards.
