The Prospect

Joining a dedicated Customer Identity & Personalisation team, you will drive the day-to-day build, testing, and deployment of multi-channel campaigns.

Leveraging modular design templates and sophisticated data models, you will take ownership of dynamic AMPscript logic, automated lifecycle journeys, and flawless multi-channel execution across one of Australia’s most active loyalty ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Assembly & Deployment: Build and execute campaigns (email, push, web content) using approved templates and design libraries.
Energetic Logic: Apply AMPscript and basic HTML/CSS within SFMC to render personalised offers, imagery, and member data.
Segmentation & Journeys: Use SQL to query data extensions, set up automated triggers, and power lifecycle journeys.
Asset Coordination: Retrieve and format creative assets from tools like Figma to ensure accurate rendering.
Quality Assurance: Run end-to-end testing across inboxes and devices, checking links, rendering,



and compliance against strict SLAs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Campaign Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to keep delivery on schedule.

What You’ll Bring
Proven SFMC Experience: Hands-on experience delivering campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications are a bonus but not mandatory).
Technical Scripting & Build: Strong hands-on HTML & CSS for responsive email rendering and template troubleshooting, paired with practical proficiency in AMPscript .
Data & Segmentation: Solid working knowledge of SQL to query complex data extensions, segment audiences, and support automated journeys.
Process & Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical mindset suited to governed, enterprise workflows.
Stakeholder Skills: Transparent communication and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
