**** Optometry in Parramatta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to join our boutique. You will coach the team, drive sales, and oversee daily operations alongside the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong customer service, and the ability to step in on shifts. Experience in eyewear is helpful; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus; full time weekend availability required.
