About the Role: n
In this unique role, you'll enjoy a mixed workload while working directly with a senior Partner and having a team of juniors and Associates around you. We're looking for a Personal Injury Lawyers withat least 5 years' Post Admission Experience (PAE)up toSpecial Counsellevel. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and client-focused Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join a well-established firm. You will work across a broad range of personal injury matters, including:
n
n
Public liability cases
n
Institutional abuse matters (only if this interests you)
n
n
The firm is open to candidates who are experienced, high-performing,



and looking for a new challenge in a supportive and energetic environment.
To be successful: n
You will have a at least 5 + years PAE in Personal injuries law (a higher level of experience is very welcome) and be experienced in:
n
n
Strong technical expertise in workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident claims, and public liability matters
n
Experience in institutional abuse matters (desirable but not mandatory)
n
A client-focused approach with excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
n
The ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
n
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
