As the new owners of Quest Dubbo who are about to do a major refurbishment, we are looking for a special person to join our team and welcome guests to our property.
n
As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be involved in all aspects of our guests' stay. Our Front Office team is at the heart of the guest experience. From the moment a guest makes an enquiry or walks through our doors, through to the time they check out, we want them to feel genuinely welcomed, looked after and at home.
Key responsibilities n
n
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
n
Checking guests in and out
n
Managing accommodation enquiries and reservations
n
Answering telephone and email enquiries
n
Processing guest accounts and payments accurately
n
Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues quickly
n
Sharing your knowledge of Dubbo, including local restaurants, attractions and services
n
Promoting Quest Dubbo and helping guests choose the right apartment for their stay
n




Coordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams
n
Assisting with meeting and conference facilities
n

Naturally friendly, welcoming and approachable
n
Confident dealing with guests both face-to-face and over the phone
n
Calm and solution-focused when problems arise
n
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Reliable and willing to be part of a team
n
Professionally presented
n
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
n
A strong communicator with good attention to detail
n
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
n
Previous experience in hotel reception, accommodation, tourism, hospitality or customer service would be highly regarded
n
