Melbourne | Renewable Energy Infrastructure
n
An exciting opportunity exists to join a rapidly growing renewable energy developer and asset owner delivering some of Australia's most significant solar, battery storage and hybrid energy projects.
n
Working closely with executive leadership, legal counsel and project delivery teams, you will act as the commercial lead for a flagship infrastructure project while also contributing to the broader growth of a national renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead commercial and contract management activities during project delivery
n
Administer major EPC and construction contracts
n
Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and commercial negotiations
n
Monitor contractual obligations, governance requirements and project milestones
n
Identify and mitigate commercial risks
n
Prepare commercial recommendations and reporting for senior stakeholders
n
Partner with project delivery, finance, legal and external advisers to support project outcomes
n
Manage contractor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are appropriately administered throughout the project lifecycle
n
Support the development of strong commercial governance and owner-side project controls
n
About You n
n
Strong experience administering construction, EPC, infrastructure, utilities or energy contracts
n
Demonstrated capability managing live project delivery environments, including variations, claims, EOTs, notices and contractor management




n
Proven understanding of how construction contracts are applied and managed during project execution
n
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
n
Full and unrestricted AU working rights.
