Duties & Responsibilities:
n

n
Take on your own small, clean portfolio of properties
n
n
No leasing duties or BDM duties
n
n
Routine inspections
n
n
Prepare forms and other admin duties
n
n
Entry and exit condition reports
n
n
Maintenance and repairs
n
n
n
Skills and experience required for the role:
n
n
n
n
n
Ideally 6 months of experience in a similar role
n
n
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
n
n
Avalid driver's license
n
n
Strong communication skills
n
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
n
n
