n Assist a NSW Government department in acquiring land for infrastructure projects. You will leverage your knowledge of real estate valuations and of the just terms land acquisition act to ensure successful a fair purchase price for designated property. n
You will have developed complex capabilities in valuing real estate, navigating the JUST TERMS LAND ACQUISITON ACT and, managing stakeholders to reach successful outcomes.
n




This job will provide you with excellent exposure to current government thinking and will be exceptionally beneficial for your career.
n
You will be required to have 50% in-office attendance and WFH/ hybrid. The office locations are Nowra (attend on a Tuesday or Wednesday) and/ or, Wollongong on Thursday.
n
You are required to have 3 years' experience with the JUST TERMS AND ACQUISITON ACT. And, be recognised by the Australian Property Institute as a REAL ESTATE VALUER. Other tertiary qualifications in addition to this are highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills:
n
n
Attention to detail.
n
Broad Experience in real estate valuation.
n
Demonstrated experience in Just Terms.
n
Experience with Just Terms Land Acquisitions Act.
n
Minium 3 years undertaking valuation with regard to Just Terms.
n
Tertiary qualifications as a real estate valuer, recognised by the Australia Property Institute
n
Background checks required:

Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
n
Police check at offer
n
Code of Conduct accepted (mandatory)
n
