We are expanding and looking for a Commercial lawyer with a minimum of 3-years post-admission experience to join our busy practice.
n

About the Role n
You will work across a broad range of commercial and dispute resolution matters, including:
n
n
Purchase and sale of businesses from small to mid-market transactions;
n
Commercial contract drafting and reviews;
n
Commercial and retail leasing matters;
n
Commercial disputes and litigation;
n
General commercial advisory and regulatory work.
n
n
You will have carriage of matters, direct client contact, and the chance to work closely with business owners, investors, and commercial clients across various industries.
About You n

A current practicing certificate;
n
Proven ability to deliver outcomes;
n
High level of integrity;
n
The ability to work proactively as part of a team and individually;
n
The ability to think critically and work methodically;
n
High attention to detail;
n
An open and positive mindset;
n
The ability to communicate and present in a confident and assertive manner;
n
Minimum of 3 or more years post-admission experience in commercial law;
n
Strong technical skills in commercial law and litigation, including managing commercial transactions and disputes from commencement to resolution;
n
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; and
n
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
