Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our healthcare staffing team for casual and ad hoc opportunities with an aged care facility in Rosewood, QLD.
n
This is a excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexibility, additional shifts, or the opportunity to work within a supportive aged care environment.
About The Role n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high quality, person centred care to residents and supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Provide high quality, person centred care to residents.
n
Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.
n
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical requirements.
n
Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
n
Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
n
Promote resident dignity, choice, independence and quality of life.
n
Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health and elevate concerns as required.
n
Maintain compliance with relevant clinical,



regulatory and aged care standards.
n
What We're Looking For: n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Previous aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
n
Current ********* Influenza Vaccination record.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
Australian Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
Full working rights in Australia – no sponsorship available.
n
