We're looking for an experienced OSHC Educator, Senior Educator or Group Leader who's ready to step into leadership and make a bigger impact.

As an
Assistant Service Manager
, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to support your team, create awesome experiences for children and help keep the service running smoothly. You'll be hands-on, connected to the team and part of creating a place where children and educators genuinely love to be.
What you'll be doing n
n
Supporting, mentoring and motivating your OSHC team
n
Helping create fun, engaging and inclusive programs
n
Building excellent relationships with children, families and schools
n
Supporting rosters, planning, compliance and day-to-day operations
n
Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
n
Stepping up for the Service Manager when needed
n
Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone can do their best
n
What you'll bring n
You'll have relevant OSHC experience, a
Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA
, and current
Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
qualifications.
n
More importantly, you'll bring
