Lucas Collective is opening a recent Melbourne venue and seeking an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will help establish the pastry kitchen from day one, develop high‑quality desserts, and lead the pastry team to uphold standards of quality, creativity and consistency.

You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to shape kitchen culture, contribute to an outstanding dining experience, and bring passion for hospitality to a agile, award‑winning group.
