We're seeking experienced HME Boilermakers to join our maintenance team on a major mining project near Nyngan, NSW.

About the role n
You'll be responsible for structural repairs, fabrication and maintenance across heavy mining equipment, including excavators and haul trucks.
n
Your day-to-day work will include:
n
n
Structural repairs and fabrication on heavy mining equipment
n
Bucket, tray and wear package repairs
n
Welding, air arc gouging and other hot work
n
Crack repairs and structural repairs to HME components
n
Working at heights and in confined spaces where required
n
Inspecting damage,



identifying repair requirements and completing quality repairs
n
Supporting planned maintenance, shutdowns and component rebuilds
n
Working safely and efficiently in line with site and manufacturer standards
n
About you n
We're looking for a trade-qualified Boilermaker with strong HME or heavy mining experience.
n

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
n
Previous experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment
n
Strong experience with bucket, tray and structural repairs
n
Experience with welding, gouging and fabrication
n
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Mining or heavy earthmoving experience is essential.
n
