We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager to lead the people side of three concurrent technology initiatives within a large organisation's customer-facing domain. You'll own change, training and communications across a platform stabilisation, a suite of registration tool improvements, and the rollout of a current online assessment solution.

What you'll be doing
Leading change on a core platform stabilisation, with a focus on redefining roles and responsibilities
Designing and delivering training across six registration and onboarding tools
Building and executing communications plans across all three workstreams
Engaging stakeholders at all levels through the rollout of a new online assessment solution
Running change impact assessments and readiness activities




Balancing priorities and keeping momentum across concurrent projects

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Change Manager on technology-driven change
A track record of running multiple initiatives at once
Robust training design and delivery skills
Stakeholder engagement across large, complex organisations
Higher education experience essential
