Magnolia is a small French Bistrot, located in Brunswick. We operate four days a week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team, with casual hours available.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, have a stable employment history, and have the proven ability to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
n
n
minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
n
n
experience in a hatted venue or similar
n
n
knowledge of French cuisine
n
n
knowledge of French and Australian wine
n
n
a current RSA
n
n
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
n
ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings
n
n
a passion for charismatic service and an eye for detail
n
n
