Full-Time Dental Receptionist
to join our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, keeping a busy practice running smoothly and working alongside an experienced dental team.
About the Role n
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

n
Welcoming patients and assisting with appointments, enquiries and check-ins
n
n
Managing appointment scheduling, bookings and confirmations
n
n
Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
n
Processing patient accounts, payments and health fund claims
n
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
n
Providing administrative support to our dentists and clinical team
n
n




Helping ensure the front desk and patient journey run smoothly throughout the day
n
About You n

Have previous experience within a dental practice

Are warm, friendly and confident communicating with patients

Are reliable, adaptable and highly organised
