Masala Kitchen Westfield Kotara is seeking an experienced Cook to join its kitchen team and deliver authentic Indian cuisine in a busy casual dining venue.
You will be skilled in tandoor work, spice blending and slow-cooked curries, with at least 1 year of commercial cookery experience. Certificate II or III qualifies you to apply, and you will work on-site at Westfield Kotara. The role requires reliability, ability to work under pressure and solid teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
