We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist
to join our
Brisbane team
. This
community-based role
allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

clinic-based

QLD Health role

As a
Senior Occupational Therapist
, you'll:
n
n
Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
n
Conduct clinical assessments of participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
n
Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
n
Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
n
Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
n
Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.
n
n
We're looking for an
Occupational Therapist
with:
n
n
AHPRA registration and 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
n
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
n
Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
n
A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
n
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
n
