Crown Resorts is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program for the Australian debut of Mott 32. You will oversee pre-opening through ongoing operations, shaping cocktail development, wine selection and inventory management to deliver world-class guest experiences.

You will report to the General Manager, manage a high-performing team, and maintain high standards of service, compliance and profitability in a luxury setting.
