Randstad is recruiting proactive, customer-focused AO3 Officers for a short-term contract sprint running from 12 October **** to 31 October **** (with potential for extension based on operational requirements).

Secure a top-tier rate of $*****/hr + Super and make an immediate impact within a collaborative CBD office environment.

Investigations & Intelligence: For analytical thinkers with strong investigative instincts. You will navigate complex case files, research background information, and draft transparent client correspondence to resolve sensitive account matters.

Engagement: For confident communicators who thrive in high-volume environments. You will manage phone and email inquiries, review financial applications, and negotiate realistic payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities n

Handle inbound/outbound phone and email correspondence with high attention to detail and empathy.
n
Assess complex financial forms, applications, and supporting documents to deliver fair outcomes.
n
Apply critical thinking and investigative methods to analyze case details and determine resolution paths.
n
Conduct professional negotiations regarding outstanding client accounts.
n
Maintain precision when updating internal government databases and software systems.
n
What You Will Bring n
n
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the resilience to navigate challenging conversations.
n
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
n
Tech Aptitude: Demonstrated agility learning and operating across multiple software applications simultaneously.
n
Relevant Experience: Backgrounds in debt recovery, contact centers, customer service, case management, or legal/financial administration are highly regarded.
