We're a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we're looking for Store Manager to lead our team at the Lids Stores located at Fountain Gate - Narre Warren
n
We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.

THE ROLE
n
You'll take ownership of your store and:
n
n
Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
n
Lead, coach and develop a high-energy retail team
n
Create a excellent customer experience
n
Deliver high Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
n
Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operations
n




Build a team culture that is fun, competitive and accountable
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You'll ideally have Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another fast-paced retail environment.
n
More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it. A genuine interest in sport, headwear, sneakers or fashion is a must.
