We're working with a growing boutique accounting firm in Geelong seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into greater responsibility, work closely with the Director and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
The Role: n
n
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
n
Provide accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
n
Review financial statements and tax returns.
n
Lead and mentor a small team.
n
Assist with tax planning, structuring and commercial advice.
n
Work closely with the Director on practice growth and strategy.
n
About You: n
n
10+ years' Australian Public Practice experience.
n
CA or CPA qualified.
n




Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
n
Confident managing clients and people.
n
Commercially minded with solid communication skills.
n
Interested in a pathway towards senior leadership or partnership.
n

$120,000 - $180,000+ super, depending on experience.
